I love Neteller and I want to see it stay “legal” and prosper.

My main use for Neteller is to process affiliate commission payments. These payments are deposited by the various casino and poker room sources and then sent to me as a single check at the end of each month. . . . I couldn’t find anything in the new law that makes transactions of this type illegal in any way. U.S. residents can receive money from online casinos, but they will have problems sending it to them.

My (non-attorney) guess is that Neteller, being a Brittish company that is publically traded on the London Stock Exchange, will honor the US restrictions on the funding of internet casinos for Americans so that they will not be blackballed by the US banks and other domestic financials. This will be important when and if they should wisely decide to expand their purview into a wider range of online banking and purchasing services. When they consider their expansion options, a positive in the mix could likely be a lively base of affiliate services like we use now, plus all the non-US casino funding that they have always had and will continue to grow every day. I think they will work to protect that
