Why not boost the site up make a few bones and sell it for a killing giving everyone involved a reasonable share. You can do this many times with several sites and keywords. Or don’t sell and run many sites under many keywords- still make a killing.
However it must be very difficult to measure every participants worth. Maybe offer a point system to measure what each persons contributions to the company is worth in every aspect.
For example:
500 points awarded
$5000 bottom line profit
Each point would be worth $10
