In what I see as very interesting timing, I got an email yesterday saying I was in Neteller’s top 1% of customers and was now a Neteller VIP (Big deal… all it gets me is 24/7 front of line customer service!!!) They were so desperate to let me know of my new status, they called me 12 hours later!
Apart from the fact there is NO chance I would be in their top 1% of customers, the most interesting part is that I am not American.
This kind of desperation to get non-US customers to do more with them makes it look like the writing is on the wall for the US side of their business.
Of course, I could be wrong – as I have been one or two times before. :xmas:
