I couldn’t find your phone number and I had sent private messages to you which were no longer being responded to. I know you have updated your email address with CAP because [email protected] no longer gets notifications of private messages so it’s clear that that was changed. You never responded so I felt there was little choice but to go public.
If you remember the price we agreed on was $xx,xxx* – with a ‘guaranteed’ $5000 media buy which I foolishly believed and so handed over $xx,xxx.
On top of this I have to put up with threatening emails about legal action against me. So the $5000 has turned into a troubling debt rather than this ‘guaranteed’ media buy. It was very deceptive. But this should make you feel better – I have written it off and put it down to experience rather than pursuing it. Now I only have to worry about the legal threats I am getting.
