I understand your point, but it’s important to make the distinction between rake and tournament fees. They aren’t quite the same.
Rake is the percentage of the pot collected from every hand in non-tournament play and tournament fees are the small fees added to the buy-in amount for tournaments.
For now UB doesn’t pay commission on tournament fees, as you know.
We will be amending the affiliate terms and conditions shortly to reflect the payout for Blackjack commission and yes, that will be paid retroactively.
