I couldn’t create my new account using my current login info – username was too long. So I did create a new username and have installed the new linking codes without any problems. I figure that once the new RTG system is sorted out I can eventually merge the two accounts.
What bothers me the most is the lack of direction to assist affiliates in what they should do in the recourse. If this were something that could have been corrected in a reasonable amount of time then it would be acceptable. But this has been going on for quite some time which could mean a significant loss of revenues.
Now I am concerned about affiliate payments for November and if they will be on time and we won’t be required to ask for them to receive them. :eh:
As I really appreciate all that Chris is doing and I like the MainStreet program, I do hope that all is resolved very soon. And I must say thank you to the program for their perserverence to succeed while accepting US palyers. Patience is truely a virtue here.
