As for their terms – it’s buried deep – but they do say :

Now – read it carefully and you see it is just talking about poker “rake”.
Blackjack profits and tournament fees are not mentioned, nor specifically excluded, which is a bit of a cheat …
But if you agree to their terms you are only agreeing to share in the “rake” …
