Ok so now the company want his details which would entail breaking the confidentiality contract – should I give them to them? They are again pressing hard on the ‘did you buy the domain or the company’ question which I have answered several times and they are living on Mars if they think they will get anything out of me. I was just wondering about the legal and ethical implications of breaking the confidentiality contract.
