What question did he ask?

“Why are crooks certified at CAP?”

“= Becuase they pay”

Fiction I still dont understand what this thread is about other then to flame CAP.

Where is the question? I see an accusation. But I fail to see a VALID question.

Who are the crooks? The programs he personally doesnt like? Are all the programs crooks? Do you get to pick and choose which ones he meant by your own personal preferences, because he didnt list any?

If CAP certifies programs you dont promote are WE crooks too? If other members that are members of CAP promote those programs are THEY crooks?
Do we establish a crook committee?

Did the OP ask for assistance with anything or raise any specific issues with a certified program?

Fiction you are a member of other communities. Do you approve of and work with all the programs they list? Do they list the same crooks we have here?

The only statements he made which did have merit for conversation are the suggestions of:

= Accepts USA Players

I Personally like this idea, but I dont think its fair to the members of CAP who are NOT US based and may choose to work with programs that dont accept US players. They deserve a place to communicate and hash out problems just as much as us Yanks do. Though I would prefer that ALL casino groups accepted US players the recent legislation made that difficult for publically traded companies. Many of these operators offer quality service and support to their players and affiliates and I see no reason to penalize them because some right wing nuts in the US passed an unpopular law.

= Responds to 80% of the problems with acceptable answers within 72 hours….

Agreed. Thats what we strive for. But please understand the breadth of the wording “acceptable answers”. Affiliate managers cannot always change company policies within 3 days. They have to make presentations to management and wait for a response. This takes time. As long as progress is being made or discussions continue in good faith then I am happy that we are doing what we can to effect postive changes.
