I would suggest extending that to the player forums. After all if they receive lots of complaints from players, then whoever you send isn’t going to stick around for long when you could send them somewhere good. And if they treat players well, my experience is they treat affiliates well too. The opposite is also true.
CAP is a very useful resource, but it shouldn’t stop affiliates from researching casinos themselves IMO.
