I suggest you will do what i do..
Before signing up with any certified program,
1. I visit the program forum and choose to display threads from a few months back to current date.
2. I look at the threads and can clearly see if there are many complaints, repeated complaints or posts from unsatisfied affiliates.
3. If the forum is busy with complaints.. I move on to another program.
Could you do any of these with an uncertified program?
