ive seen this answered a few times – Prof says that if they chuck them out of CAP then the communication stops and then there will be no way to resolve or sort out any issues cap members have with them.
I dont know if thats good or bad, i guess you can see it both ways.
I think if you just kicked out any programs that did things bad, most would not be cap cetified anymore, but most programs probabily have done somthing wrong over the years and has been resolved via these forums as they were cap certified with the open communication – which is a good thing
