With VIP/9am affiliates entered a contract only to find it isn’t what they signed at all.
That’s where the problem is.
I completely agree Dom. It is unacceptable and somewhat underhanded. The term is bad enough without blindsiding you later. We have a right to be angry!
I do wonder why this term is in there at all at places. The whole thing seems sneaky to me. “You can have your lifetime player until we feel like taking it. This term will help us do that.”
What is the point of this term.
