That is why I have never had any of these programs on my list. When I started as an affiliate last year, I carefully studied CAP forum boards and decided that I’d be better off without the programs that do not have much respect for affiliates and work like a weather-cock, one day looking in one direction, another – in the opposite. In my opinion, the bottom line is: a program either has a certain condition unambiguously stated and clearly written in its T&C, or it is simply not there. It is beyond my comprehension when I am told to read in between the lines in a business contract. All informal talks about differential approach to each affiliate’s case and potentially negotiable conditions are not businesslike.
