In my opinion, the bottom line is: a program either has a certain condition unambiguously stated and clearly written in its T&C, or it is simply not there. It is beyond my comprehension when I am told to read in between the lines in a business contract. All informal talks about differential approach to each affiliate’s case and potentially negotiable conditions are not businesslike.
