Im trying to think of the best way to make evertyone feel good about the ownership. Without having an attourny talk to every single one. I would think a sign up agreement would be good and binding as it is printable/ dated and such but I am no expert on that.
Also would want the domain name to be locked into the group, ie owner can not end it one day and run off with it, although it would quickly fall if all links were removed I think, you know what I mean.
