I am giving feedback too, because it ticks me off to see programs sneak in these predatory clauses, and even if I did not fall into the scenario your talking about right now who is to say I would not in the near future.
Your right it is our choice, and my choice is to take down all banners and not deal with a shady program, what you have done is shady in my eyes, this has been done before and the affiliates were not pleased, why you think we would be ok with this now is beyond me.
