Just for the record, I wasn’t complaining Simon, merely feeding back. It’s entirely up to you if you consider it “useful” feedback or not of course but in my experience, all feedback is good 
Look at it from the aff’s POV…it’s not a good clause. You have to expect some criticism, especially when you are applying it to existing agreements. That is guaranteed to get everyone involed – it’s a loop we’ve been through before and it prompted very heated debate.
