Sorry, but these new terms are a deal breaker for me.
What we are trying to stop are writing small checks that most of them are undeliverable and turn out to be more expensive to write than they are worth (basically $15, $20 a month checks).
Then why not deal with those situations on a case by case basis? Why not raise the minimum payout (for checks) to $200? Problem solved.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t plan on actively enforcing these new terms — the fact that the clause is there is enough for me to send my traffic elsewhere (i.e. to programs that don’t have predatory “minimum referral” clauses). Even if they don’t accept U.S. players.
