Yes, US players represent 80%+ of the market. When a famous US bank robber was asked WHY he robbed banks he said “Because thats where the money is!”.

That remains to be seen.

On a national basis no. Is it possible that it will be allowed on a state by state basis? Perhaps but I dont believe the land based casinos will be big affiliate program supporters. They are quite comfortable buying media and they have massive databases of existing clients to market to. They wont need or want affiliates.
# Will those that have closed to the US, give you your players back do you reckon?
a)There is no reason to believe they wont as long as its technically feasible. Everyone is assuming most players would come back. They may not. Once their accounts are closed they will most likely go elsewhere and may not WANT to return. I know if you closed my account I would be mad that you dropped me and didnt support my freedom to play online.
b) It’s important to remember that the casinos have always maintained all the player data. If they were inclined to do so they could have stolen players pretty much at will. They didnt need a cover screen to do it. It all comes down to trust, you either trust the partners you are working with or you dont.
