Go to the drugstore and buy a prepaid Visa card. Load the card with $20 (minimum) Activate the card and and it will give you the visa card number immediately. Then go to Click2Pay and use that to open the account.
You do have to supply correct information for the prepaid debit card, including SS number, but Click2Pay accepts this information as verificiation of name, address etc.
