Hi Irwin,

I am still waiting to hear from you as I thought last week you told me you’d contact me by Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. I haven’t heard from you at all. I know you’re very busy, understandable. I did try and phone you twice in the past hour.. but they said your phones were going to voicemail or something.

Being Friday, end of the day for you, I guess it won’t be this week.

As you know, I contacted Referspot before any player accounts being locked even occurred.

I am sure you all know about the restricted states and what sort of effect this has being an affiliate.

I am very well aware of the recent changes regarding restricted states. BUT.. I do believe I just had one of my best months ever with Casino Rewards and had a fantastic month in earnings from October. So… I’m not buying that as the only issue. I also had a great month with Grand Monaco, Microgaming also. Substantially more than I made with Referspot in October.

Considering I have well over 300 depositing players with Referspot, why did I only have 4 in October?

My other MGS affiliate accounts are still very active. My Referspot account, I can’t imagine. But to pass this off as just the recent online gambling restrictions is not a good answer for me.

I’m disappointed because I feel that you aren’t giving me any real answers to my questions from a month ago that I first posed to Gordon. I realize things take time.. but it’s been a month and I’ve received no answers or real explanation. To generalize and say the 11 restricted states is making this affect, without being able to even tell me how many players I had locked regarding that, makes me feel like you’re not taking our earnings and accuracy very serious. It is serious to me.

I didn’t want to post anything here, but you didn’t contact me as you said this week, it’s been a month with no answers, and I don’t think you’re putting much priority into resolving this for me.

I am disappointed.
