Yes it is a good domain and as I said the banners are worth that to me ,IN THE FILES HE SENT ME THERE ARE 9 WEBSITES COMPLETELY COPIED INTO THE DIRECTORY.
They claim they bought it from somebody else but it is only created October 19th and sold to me November 4.
