PaySpark is really a good solution if you don’t want checks or wire transfers to your local bank – most micro have it and for program that have wire – you can wire the commission to you Payspark account, however you must be carefully with banking details you provide.
Moneybookers and c2p are not so large accepted by aff. programs at the moment – so they don’t solve the problem.
