I hereby inform you that Moneybookers has now blocked all payments between all gaming/gambling operators and customers registered in the USA. This is due to the recent Internet Gambling Prohibition and Enforcement Act. In case a US gambler attempts to make a deposit to you, or you attempt to make a withdrawal to a US gambler, the initiating party will be shown an appropriate message. For merchants using our API for payouts, you will receive a new response – “DISALLOWED_RECIPIENT”.This is unfortunate. I just signed up for a Moneybookers account, and now it looks like I won’t be able to use it.

NETeller is on its way out, Moneybookers won’t allow U.S. affiliates to receive commissions, and I keep getting an error when I try to sign up with Click2Pay.

What to do? I’d rather not receive checks by mail; I’d rather have everything taken care of electronically through a 3rd party payment processor.
