MoneyBookers can be the only solution for countries that are blocked in Neteller. I have big problems with some programs as Neteller isn’t available in Russia. For me MB is the best e-wallet, their rates are very low and service is good.
2 Professor, MB accept only 3D secure supporting VISA card, maybe that’s the problem, many people around suffer because of it too.
