Yes, the first withdrawal is always a pain in the ass there. It’s a great casino with some really cool games, but certainly this will stop players from playing especially if it gets more attention.
My experience: I won about $3k. Withdrew. Failed. Sent ID. Chatted with support. They manually withdrew for me. Then, they reversed that so that I could use the casino interface to withdrawal. It failed. Finally, they did it manually again and I got the $$$.
Their excuse: The withdrawal limit was set to $500 due to bonus abuse auto controls.
Interesting – but I got my money within a few days.
