Ok, this morning I can access my Click2Pay account. They emailed me and indicated that the “delay” was caused while they validated my phone number.

My suggestion is they add a message to the system advising the client that their account is “Pending Approval – Awaiting phone verification”
This would eliminate frustration for the end user and more actively reflect what’s going on.

Most folks are offended when they are told their account is “Locked” with no explanation given. That’s not a good way to start a business relationship.

I am happy that they did follow up and solve the problem relatively quickly. As Dom stated they are being bombarded with new sign ups as casinos are making an active effort to move their US players and affiliates over to Click2Pay, so these are probably just growing pains.
