What specifically would you say in your court argument? The law violates your rights because you don’t like it? Unless the legislation violates the constitution (illegally made, rights violation, etC), it’s not going anywhere near the Supreme Court.
Having this legislation repealed is certainly possible if the political predictions are right, but it will only stand a shot if the Democrats win the Senate and Harry Reid becomes the majority leader. He will then be able to push legislation effectively.
As to a “less” corrupt Congress, good luck with that one. Both major parties are full of politicians that bend the rules or outright break them.
