It showed Bill Frist killing a cat… well, it was a make-believe killing… but I guess it looked real enough to some people to be offensive.
Nothing bloody or gruesome…
I knew it was not a real video when I used it, and maybe that’s why I could laugh and not be offended. Someone who just saw the video and didn’t know it was a fake could have thought it was real.
Let me assure you all: I’ve had cats all my life. I have one now. I am a cat person and love them much more than dogs. If I thought for one second that the tape I used was real, I would have never used it. But I knew it was commercial…. made by Ford Motor Company… so I knew it was all fake.
