Wow ! I really think what NETeller is saying here is, “go ahead USA, implement your solution, and if you can, of course we’ll comply. But until you come up with a strategy, it’s business as usual.” I think this is a shrewd move on their part. It is telling the US to put their money where their mouth is, and at the same time, is protecting their share price from further damage. Putting the onus quite clearly on the shoulders of the American banking system. I bet that they are betting that nothing comes of it. I think their legal counsel advice is brilliant here.
