I only wish we have that problem to worry about.
Guys Alcohol Prohibition lasted 13 years in the United States before it was repealed and FAR more Americans enjoy a casual drink then do gamble.
Marijuana laws are still being agressively prosecuted after more then 40 years of protests and numerous studies advocating decriminalization, so we have NO rational reason to believe that the new laws will EVER be repealed.
If anything I fully expect rightwing nuts like Kyl and Bachus and Frist to add ADDITIONAL laws on the books which further tighten prohibition. They have said they intend to do so and does anyone really believe they wont be successful if they stay in office?
This pipe dream that the laws are going to be repealed and the casinos are going to keep our players are the least of our legitimate worries.
