I agree with that too, when changes are made, we should absolutely be notified.
Originally I read this thread to address programs that were struggling to find a way, that is what doesn’t make sense.
You can’t announce a decision that hasn’t been made yet, and I applaud programs that take the time to thoroughly examine the situation before they do make decisions.
