I don’t think anybody is truly sitting on the fence so they can rip affiliates off.
This hurts the programs just as much as it hurts us, and they’re scrambling to explore alternatives before conceding that they must shut out certain markets. The legal ramifications are a grey area and we’ve seen how people have been arrested because U.S. authorities are willing and able to flex their muscle in the grey areas.
