We are currently in the process of obtaining further advice with the objective of fully understanding the applicability and impact of the Act to our US players.
However, for the time being, there is no change and we have not yet made the decision as to what will happen with US player accounts.
This is an excerpt from an e-mail from one of the affiliate programs I belong to, I am 100% sure it is a standard e-mail that has been sent to all affiliates so I don’t see why other affiliates have made no statements at all!
I am not annoyed with all “fence sitters”, just the ones that have NOT let us know where they stand. I don’t mind a wait and see attitude as long as I am being kept informed. I can’t understand ANY affiliate program that doesn’t take the time to at least send a standard e-mail out saying “continue as is until further notice”.
