Neither the NJ and Michigan comments refer to internet gambling laws; one does allude to the wire act; but there are already precedents set that exlude the internet from that act.
IMO all state laws and federal could be challenged; when gambling is illegal in my state I go to Vegas and gamble or I go to another location via the internet. The gambling IMO is clearly taking place on the server and the servers are located in locations where it is legal. Obviously that too is just opinion.
