Yes, it is a smart decision. It would have been even smarter if they had been using it years ago as the laws went into affect. They’ve had no problem up until now accepting players from those states, now they want to portray themselves as being responsible.
eCOGRA and others hould have had them turning away those states long ago. If the casinos and sportsbooks had been honoring those laws we probably would be in as much political hot fire; as states like Lousiana wouldnt have issued all those warrants because they wouldnt have been able to bait the hook they would have been turned away at the bend!
