I’m taking the ‘wait and see’ approach, and paying a lot of attention to the legal interpretations of this bill. So far that has been mixed between affiates being in trouble, to nothing has changed……. I’ll seek legal advice when the time comes to really worry…. 
I really dont see how an affilate can be held accountable, especially if you have a disclaimer on your site advising a potential customer to check to be sure that things are legal where they live! Adult sites have been getting around the ‘age’ thing for years doing something similar……
I cant control people… and dont intend to try!
