I doubt this would be successful.
I think we will see this behavior a lot at this time and there is little we can do.
Let’s make sure we never forget the programs that do make an effort to fulfill contracts and shift our attention to them.
I get the feeling some programs are going to being abusing the current state of affairs. But let this not blind you from the many good programs still out there.
Easy to recongnize the good ones they respond to questions.
