If you want to sell portals that have mostly US players you can do so – but prices will be low.
Krystall has it pretty straight I think.
Right now it’s an unstable market and it can change prices from hour to hour.
My guess is that they are going to freefall after the bill is signed and recover extremely slowly as solutions are found.
