People the US government is not going to kick down your doors and take your websites. Most likely 99% sure, if they wanted to stop you they would send you a cease and desist order and you would then have 30-60 days to take your sites down.
The saying goes something like 10% of affiliates make up 90% of the earnings you small fish dont have a thing to worry about. Come on why in the world would the big giant US government want to target little guys? For that matter why would they want to target a few big affiliates? They want the big companies that are making billions not us.
Dont sell your sites, dont hand them over to some cracker, keep them up and making YOU money. Amend your current disclaimer to include no funding clauses. and draw attention to the 6-7 states who have state laws. Other than that its going to be business as usual for me. Yah I know Im on one side of the fence one day and on the other the next; but today I am sober.
Just my 2 cents, my sites will be up next week and making me money. I am confident that most if not all of the casinos I work with will still be accepting US players, if their legal teams say its ok to do so, its certainly ok for me to have a portal.
