Hi all,

Thanks for all the great posts – I haven’t been in here for a little while but as soon as I had digested as much as I could I came here to see some more ‘sensible’ things and I’ve not been disappointed so far.

I (at least so far and maybe now never) advertised on google, but relied on the pure SEO stuff and well luckily (and maybe 1% strategically lol) gotten fair results and relied a lot more on word of mouth (or word of e-mouth lol) which may be the way everyone might have to go.

Anyway, getting back to my subject point, which I’m sure is just an echo already – if governments start edging away at the internet for particular areas, the internet won’t really be the ‘true essence of the internet’ any more – more like “country intranets”.

I was also looking for a ‘what can you/I do to help’ (if anything) – I’m based on the UK (everything), but have a majority US membership base and whilst I can’t petition against it in the US, if there’s anything I can do, or I can ask our members on the forum to post/petition at, I’d be most grateful for any information anyone has.

One of our members posted a link in our forum to a petition which I’m hoping I’m ok to post here, and perhaps those in the US might want to take a peek / participate in. It’s been made a global topic at the forum, but if I can make it more useful I’d be very grateful and more than willing to do what I can for US gamblers and for the industry as a whole of course as I’m also quite worried that we might follow suit.

Ok. I’ve babbled enough = here’s the link to the petition.

Hopefully Happy Gaming in the future :)
