Another thought is what if we only target non-US players. Say, you put a big fat warning on your site that Americans can’t use your site & also you host your site outside the country. Also, request that the affiliate program not accept or pay you for players from the US. Of course the revenues would be drastically less, but at least it would be something. Aiding & abetting is the main concern webmasters have, but it’s avoidable by targeting players in friendlier countrys. Is this a possibility? Anyone else have opinions on this?
