The worst thing we can do just now is panic 
There’s a lot of different ways to interpret the bill, I’ve shown it to a few different people, all of whom haven’t been able to agree on a lot of the meanings, and have interpreted a lot of text differently. Heck, look on every internet forum, there’s arguments about so many parts of the bill with no-one being able to get a clear understanding ot the repercussions of it.
It’s going to be further down the line when see the true meaning of it all. Until then, right now it’s best to just let everything settle, and do our business as usual.
