Of course we need to verify that what is stated above is actually correct. But if we assume it is correct, it is definitely good news that the Wire Act wasn’t amended. The part about not allowing banks and credit card companies to make payments to online gambling sites — that confuses me. I thought this was already in place? Hence we have NETeller, Firepay, etc.
If thats all they did its not too bad , i mean most players use neteller or firepay in america , so if all there doing is banning banks and cc companies from making payments , then its not to bad
