Correct me if i am wrong, but it seems to me that the HOuse of Reps are upset now because when they passed the port bill it did not have the internet gambling bill pigging backing it, and the senate called and told them tonight that it was getting passed with the gambling bill attached. so now the house is pissed and the senate is pissed. so does that mean they can recall and revote or does this mean that it has to go back to the house to get voted on again because it is not the same bill the voted on??
please help
