Insanity.
There is not a US federal law, per se, against poker/casino play via the internet. Besides, they are taking bets in their own country, so it shouldn’t matter to them. They are not coming to the U.S. and taking bets, U.S. citizens are going to them and making bets…. This just doesn’t make sense.
I agree completely. It’s being applied a law that does not exists.
Even if it was ilegal to bet in the US, why can a UK company be charged for accepting bets from a US player in the UK? I think that a non-existent US law is being applied to the WORLD.
