Totally agree with you, I think most if not all of us think the other person is a slim bucket for going and and preying on someone elses domains, but most know the legal basis as well. Just because someones a piece of doo and would do something like that doesnt mean you can sue them.
Most of us would never think about doing something so underhanded; to some it comes naturally. People who are going out and grabbing up someones established domains knows what they are doing, they are the crooked minded people who slide by.
Cheer up dom, we dont want you to suffer, we just dont think you have a case yet other than to call the other person a slim bucket.
