I dont think they will get 6000 a piece for those domains; but if they do what do you care? Next until they are actually doing something that jeopardizes your site not much you can do other than take it to WIPO. And unless they are doing something that harms your site by confusion etc not much you can do there either. Are you really going to sue them in a US state for a online gambling domain? LOL
Also, you should have went for a service mark not a trademark; I dont see you getting a trademark for those generic terms; unless you went with some back street country like others have, then the mark doesnt hold much weight in the states.
Sure you lawyer will tell you that you can sue for that, but its surely not a wise choice. A lawyer will tell you anything, they want to start eating that retainer and adding expenses.
