My understanding is that DMOZ won’t accept gambling affiliate websites. Did a quick check for “online gambling” and it isn’t even a category for them. Used to be, but they have since pulled it apparently. As for mainstream websites, I’ve seen it take 6 months or more to get listed. Definitely don’t keep submitting as said above.
