My thumb, in case anyones a doctor

and i got those annoying bumps all over my legs, if you can see from those pics of my thumb
its just weird, not really worried about it, but i wanna know what it is, i never go to the doctor, i don’t even have a doctor, my leave it alone it’ll go away philosophy has worked pretty good so far, so i’m not gonna go see one for this.
so far i got poison ivy, red ants, yellow ants, as possibilities from people who saw the bumps, but nobody knows for sure
